We cordially invite you to submit a concise 35-word abstract along with a comprehensive 4-page manuscript for consideration in OFS-28. The manuscript should adhere to the same template used for regular paper submissions. The deadline for submission is November 8, 2023 (23:59 (EDT)); no extensions will be granted.

All submissions will be subject to a rigorous double-blind review process, conducted by the Technical Program Committee (TPC), to ascertain their relevance and suitability for the conference. During this review process, the identities of the authors will remain confidential to the TPC Members. Notifications regarding manuscript acceptance status will be disseminated to authors on or around November 16, 2023.
